RETURNS: Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase or from the day you received the product in the mail. TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED- item needs to be in new condition and not worn (we do not re-sell worn merchandise). Once the tag is removed, it is considered a worn item and we can't accept the product back. (Not even for store credit). If you have a issue with the fit, feel free to reach out as there are ways of making/altering the bra to be more comfortable if needed.

If your item has a defect it must be returned within two months of the purchase. We will contact the manufacture directly to get you a replaced item. We do not refund items that are damaged due to customer's error of how it was handled or cared for (once the item leaves our store, it is up to the customer to care for their product properly). For example- snagged in the washer or ripped by getting caught on something sharp is not valid for a return/refund.

First Time Customers FITTED IN STORE: If entire purchase is retuned, there is a $20 Fitting Fee that will be applied. 

Cash Returns: If a purchase is made in store with cash and returned properly within the correct timeframe and condition, anything over $120- we will mail you a check for the entire amount, within 5-7 days of the return.  

For returns that were originally shipped- you will need to either ship the item back at your own cost or we can provide a return label and deduct $8 from the return amount. If you need to exchange for a different size or exchange for the same amount purchased, there will be no cost for the return label.

Shipping: Allow up to 2 days to process your order when made online. If you need your item quicker then the allotted time, please call us and we can see if we can get you the item at a faster time (with an additional cost). Shipping is only $8 no matter the size of your order, unless you spend over $150, it will be free shipping once you enter the code FREESHIP150. We also have the option to set up your item for free pick up at our store as well. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Bra Care Instructions: In order for your bras to last longer, wash them as often as possible (no more then two wears in a row). Oils and sweat from our skin actually breakdown the elastic band and cup in your bra. Handwashing is the best with cold water. If you need to use a washing machine, use delicate cycle and a mesh wash bag

(Pre-hook the bra to prevent the bra getting tangled or caught on anything).

Stay away from fabric softeners and Woolite (not good for the synthetic fibers in your bra). Recommended wash to use is Soak or Dreft. ALWAYS HANG DRY! Never use the dryer with your bras, panties, shapewear and swim.

Swim Care Instructions: Before wearing, soak the suit with a mixture of 1/2 cup white vinegar in a gallon of cold water for 30 mins. This will lock in the color/dye of the suit so it doesn't fade right away. Hand wash after. Try not to ring the suit so it doesn't stretch out. Always wash suit right after swimming to prevent chlorine and lotion from breaking down the suit. DO NOT PUT IN WASHING MACHINE- hand wash and hang dry only (away from the sun). Avoid rough surfaces or it will pill and/or tear the fabric.
