RETURNS & SHIPPING

RETURNS: Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase or from the day you received the product in the mail. TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED- item needs to be in new condition and not worn (we do not re-sell worn merchandise). Once the tag is removed, it is considered a worn item and we can't accept the product back. (Not even for store credit). If you have a issue with the fit, feel free to reach out as there are ways of making/altering the bra to be more comfortable if needed. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

If your item has a defect it must be returned within two months of the purchase. We will contact the manufacture directly to get you a replaced item. We do not refund items that are damaged due to customer's error of how it was handled or cared for (once the item leaves our store, it is up to the customer to care for their product properly). For example- snagged in the washer or ripped by getting caught on something sharp is not valid for a return/refund.

First Time Customers Fitted in Store: If entire purchase is retuned, there is a $20 Fitting Fee that will be applied. 

Cash Returns: If a purchase is made in store with cash and returned properly within the correct timeframe and condition, anything over $120- we will mail you a check for the entire amount, within 5-7 days of the return.  

For returns that were originally shipped- you will need to either ship the item back at your own cost or we can provide a return label and deduct $8 from the return amount. If you need to exchange for a different size or exchange for the same amount purchased, there will be no cost for the return label.

Shipping: Allow up to 2 days to process your order when made online. If you need your item quicker then the allotted time, please call us and we can see if we can get you the item at a faster time (with an additional cost). Shipping is only $8 no matter the size of your order, unless you spend over $150, it will be free shipping once you enter the code FREESHIP150.
